Our Stateroom & the Crown Princess

I mentioned earlier that we received an upgrade to a full suite on our cruise -- a wonderful surprise!  I have read (somewhat with envy) about all the folks that get upgrades but never expected to get one ourselves!
we were given the Guadeloupe Suite, Lido Deck (15) at the very front of the ship, just outside the bridge.  Felt like we were driving the boat :-)  Since today is a sea day, I thought I would post some photos of our stateroom and the Crown Princess.
Bathroom
Seating Area and access to balcony
Our stateroom door with the Cruise Critic Collage -- pictures of our group
Warlito, from Bulgaria -- our very professional cabin steward!
Elevators
Al in the elevator :-)
Horizon Court on the Lido Deck-- spent a lot of meals there!
Pool area which did not get used very much because it was cool in the British Isles. Temperatures averaged in the mid 60's -- not exactly bathing suit weather!  We had to walk through this area to get to the Horizon court which were all on the Lido Deck along with our stateroom.
Gatsbys, the casino.  Al and I had a little fun on the machine that pushes quarters around.  We won $20 so ended up about even on the money.  We are not enthusiastic gamblers but enjoyed the challenge of winning and putting it back in -- trying to beat the machine :-)  Isn't that what all gamblers do?
